My role at Intuit, in a sentence: I manage Intuit's Compensation and Equity foundation and programs (benchmark externally and running the year round cycles)
External leader who inspires me: Extreme Empathy
A lesson or truth that has had a significant impact on my approach as a leader: “Don't try to create chaos when you know chaos is there. We need to respond and not react. I'm going to be fair and give the benefit of the doubt. But if things go wrong, I'm willing to be very firm. Thoughtful leaders are the ones who can distance themselves from the action.”
